This zombie meatloaf is disgusting but delicious - perfect for Halloween dinner! This is shaped into a zombie-like figure and decorated with ingredients to look like the undead! This is easy to make too!
1 ½ pound ground beef
½ cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
¾ cup buttery round crackers, crushed
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp table salt
2/3 cup milk
½ cup ketchup
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef, cheddar cheese, eggs, onion, crackers, worcestershire sauce, salt, and milk. Mix them well.
Place a foil in the air fryer tray. Transfer the beef mixture and form it into a skull-shape, leaving holes for "eye sockets" and a "mouth".
Place hard boiled eggs into the "eye sockets", shaping the beef mixture around them to hold in place.
In a small mixing bowl, add the ketchup, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce and mix it well.
Spread the sauce onto the entire beef mixture, including the "eyes" and "mouth".
Cook for 50 minutes at 350°F.
Arrange the garlic pieces in the mouth for the "teeth"
