These oatmeal cups are made with simple pantry ingredients. And the recipe is flexible, so you can easily use what you like or have on hand in your kitchen!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ripe banana
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup honey
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup mixed dried fruits and nuts
Directions
STEP 01
In a large bowl, mashed the ripe banana.

Add the egg, vanilla extract, honey, milk, and mix well.

Then add the old fashioned oats, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, and mix well.

Lastly, add the dried fruits and nuts.
