One of the most popular types of bread, it is made with white wheat flour and has a fine texture. It is frequently commercially baked, sliced, and packaged for sale as sandwich bread. 1½ cups water
3 tsp. sugar
1½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
4 cups bread flour
3 tbsp., unsalted butter
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
Get the metal basket from the bread machine and attach the kneading blade.
Put the water, butter, Sugar, Salt, Bread Flour, Dry Milk, then the yeast.
Place the bread machine's metal basket in the clockwise position.
Before pressing the start button, choose "Basic Preset" and "2.0LB." The bread machine will automatically knead, rise, and bake the bread dough, so you won't have to do anything else. (You can see the dough consistency through the transparent lid.) Just 190 minutes and you'll have a delicious loaf of bread.
Ten beeping sounds will be heard when the process is complete. Remove the bread from the machine, slice it, and stuff it with your delicious filling.
