Sirloin is an excellent choice for kebobs. It's lean and doesn't have excess fat, so cutting it into cubes for the skewers is simple. It's also inexpensive and simple to locate in a market. Ask the butcher at the meat counter for advice if you're not convinced about what kind of meat to buy.
1.5 lb of sirloin steak
0.5 chopped purple onion
3 chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp honey
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
Get a bowl and put soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, olive oil, black pepper and honey then lied it together and set aside.
Cut the meat into 1.3 inch (cube size) and put it in a zip lock with the sauce and let it stay in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Get the chopped bell pepper onion and marinated meat. Assemble the bell pepper meat and onion alternate and do the procedure until all the ingredients are put in the skewer.
In the 19 Quart Air Fryer Oven choose "roast" preset, set the temperature at 285°F and set the timer for 13 minutes.
When it is done remove to the air fryer oven, put it on a plate and sprinkle chopped parsley.
