Air Fryer Potato Chips
Crownful Culinary Team
These Air Fryer Potato Chips are so much fun to make and eat! They are crispy, crunchy and without the hassle (and the calories!) of traditional deep-frying. So you can eat without feeling guilty or tricked!
1 russet or Idaho Potato
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, to taste
cooking oil spray
Slice the potato into ⅛-inch (3 mm) slices.
Pat the potato slices dry with paper towels. The drier the better!
Preheat the air fryer to 350 F for 5 minutes.
Add the dried potato slices to a large bowl and evenly coat in olive oil.
Coat air fryer basket with cooking oil spray to prevent the chips from sticking.
Add potato slices to the air fryer basket without too much overlapping and sprinkle with salt.
Cook potatoes 350 F until chips are tender and crispy, about 15 minutes flipping halfway through.
Carefully transfer chips from air fryer to a plate. Repeat again as many times as needed for the remaining chips.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
