Easy, healthier, and oh-so-tasty, this air-fryer chicken Parmesan recipe is one chicken dinner your family will love! The chicken comes out juicy, delicious, and the parmesan coating is crispy. 1 lb boneless chicken breast
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup flour (all purpose)
1 ½ cups panko breadcrumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 ball fresh mozarella cheese
2 tbsp parsley, fresh
Slice the chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Put it on a ziplock bag and pound the chicken into thin slices to ensure they cook evenly.
Pat the chicken dry using paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
Combine the breadcrumbs and shredded Parmesan cheese together in a medium-sized bowl.
Dip the chicken in the flour mixture, next to the eggs, and then dredge it in the breadcrumbs. Make sure they are evenly coated. Repeat with the rest of the chicken.
Spray a little oil on the air fryer basket and place the chicken. Do not overcrowd.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes.
Top the chicken with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese and cook for another 5 minutes. Repeat the process with the rest of the chicken.
Garnish with parsley to serve.
