HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN CUP CAKE

If you are looking to go all out with your All Hallows' Eve party and for new ways to celebrate it, these cupcakes for Halloween are the easiest way to add sugar, spice and spookiness to your dessert table. They’re sweet, healthy, spooky, and so much fun!
⅓ cup low gluten flour
1 tsp cocoa powder
⅛ cup oil (heated)
⅓ cup pure milk
3 egg whites
⅛ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup fine sugar
1 ⅓ cup cream cheese
1 tbsp fine sugar
1 can pumpkin puree
¼ cup butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and cocoa powder and mix evenly. Then add the hot oil and milk. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, lemon juice, and fine sugar. Mix and beat until the texture become foamy.
Gradually add the egg mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix evenly.
Place the mixture in a cup cake mold.
Cook them for 20 minutes at 300°F.
For the toppings, add the cream cheese, fine sugar, and pumpkin puree in a large bowl and mix well.
Drizzle it on top of the cupcake. Add cookies and eye candy to form a like a monster.
