Chocolate chip cookies make the perfect snack. You may eat them warm and fresh from the oven, or you can store them for a few days and still enjoy them just as much. Some individuals even enjoy eating the chocolate chip cookie batter before it is cooked. Try it now by simply following the recipe.
- 1/2 half cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
In a bowl, put the unsalted butter at room temperature, add the light brown sugar, granulated sugar, and mix well. Then add large egg, vanilla extract, combine thoroughly, and set aside.
Put the all-purpose flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt, well-combine. Get the mixture and combine it with the flour mixture and stir until blended. Put the chocolate chips and fully combine.
Get the baking pan, scoop a spoonful of dough (about 2 tbsp). Leave 3 inches between each dough and chill the scooped cookie for at least an hour.
Open the air fryer oven and put it inside the cookie mixture. Choose the "bake" and set the temperature at 325°F. Set the timer for 18 minutes.
