CRISPY POTATO WEDGES
Who wouldn't love Potato Wedges? They are perfectly crispy on the outside, well seasoned, and delicate and fluffy on the inside. A perfect snack for the family and simple to make.
3 large potatoes
⅓ cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
Scrub the skin of the potato until it's clean.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 mins.
Pat the potatoes thoroughly and ensure they are dry enough to make it crispy. Then slice to your preferred size. We recommend 1/2 inch thick so you'll get that crispy and tender inside wedges.
Gather them in a large bowl. Toss up the potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sweet paprika, dried oregano, and parmesan cheese. You can use your hand to coat them evenly and ensure that they are clean.
Bake at 415°F for 30 -35 minutes. Flip them once with a tong to ensure even browning. Bake for another 5-10 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven. You can add your favorite dip!
