2 peeled and cut potatoes

1 lb cod, cut into 2-inch strips. This works with any kind offish fillets!

1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon Spicy Paprika
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
Tartar sauce and lemon wedging for serving
Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes. Spray the basket with oil using the nonstick spray.
Prepare three shallow bowls. One for the flour, for the beaten eggs, and for the breadcrumbs. Working one fillet at at time, dredge fillet in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
For the first bowl, mix together all purpose flour, sweet paprika, salt and pepper.
Toss potato cuts in a bowl with oil, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Arrange the chips in the basket in a single layer, careful not to overcrowd. Cook for 10 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
Then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with the remaining potatoes.
Working one at a time and in order, dip fish pieces in flour mixture, then egg, then breadcrumbs and shake off excess between each step.
Place the of cod in the air fryer few pieces at a time. Air fry 8 to 15 minutes, turning once, until fish coating is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining cod.
Gather all together in a platter and don't forget the tartar sauce and lemon wedges for serving.
