Heart-friendly meal! This Red lintel marinara is so easy to make, flavorful, and the perfect meal for people who are taking good care of their hearts.
Ingredients
- 15 oz tomatoes
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- ½ cup red lentils
- 1 ½ cups broth
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp sugar
- red lentil marinara
- 3 pasta
- 1 cup water
Directions
STEP 01
In a pan combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, oregano, red lentils, broth, salt, and sugar.
STEP 02
Cook and keep stirring until thickened.
STEP 03
Put parchment paper on the steel tray before pouring the lentils mixture.
STEP 04
Place the tray inside the Dehydrator, and set the timer to 4 hours at 110°F.
STEP 05
In a pan combine the Dehydrated red lentil marinara, pasta, and water.
STEP 06
Cook until integrated.
STEP 07
Serve and enjoy.
