- 3 eggs whites
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 ¾ cups powdered sugar
- 1 ¾ cups almond powder
- 3 drops of red food coloring
- cream cheese
- strawberry jam
STEP 01
In a large bowl beat the egg whites using an electric beater until fluffy.
STEP 02
Add granulated sugar beat until incorporated.
STEP 03
Add powdered sugar and almond powder, mix until all ingredients come together using a pastry spatula.
STEP 04
Separate the mixture into 2 bowls
STEP 05
Add coloring to the one bowl mix using a fork.
STEP 06
Put both mixtures in one piping bag without mixing them to create a multicolor effect.
STEP 07
Dollops the mixture into the baking sheet.
STEP 08
Gently tap the baking pan to settle the batter.
STEP 09
Cook for 15 minutes at 285°F.
STEP 10
Fill with cream cheese and strawberry jam.
STEP 11
Serve and enjoy.
