Balsamic Mustard Flank Steak
Flank Steak is a versatile beef cut that may be grilled, roasted, broiled, or sautéed. However, since it is so thin, it may become dry and harsh if overdone or cut too thickly. it is critical to cook flank to medium and slice it very thinly across the grain.
- 16 ounces Flank Steak
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
In a bowl put the balsamic, dijon mustard and olive oil then mix it well.
Get a ziplock and put it inside the flank steak and sauce mixture.
Put marinated meat in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.
When the marinated flank steak is ready put it in the grill and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Put it in the air fryer oven and choose "Broil" preset. Set the temperature at 400°F and set the timer for 20 minutes. Flip over the halfway through frying.
Once the flank steak is already cooked transfer it to a nice plate and serve.
