Jalapeno Bacon Wrapped Poppers
Bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers are a tasty appetizer that is air fried. Fresh jalapenos are stuffed with a cream cheese mixture and seasonings before being wrapped in bacon. Cooking for 15 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the cheeses are melted. It's a big hit at any party!
7 large Jalapenos
14 strips bacon
6 oz cream cheese(170 g)
¾ cup cheddar cheese(75 g)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 160°C.
Cut the jalapeno in half lengthwise. Gently remove the seeds and membrane.
Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, kosher salt, and black pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
Put the mixed material into a plastic bag, squeeze it into the pepper, spread it out, and wrap with bacon strips
Cook the poppers by batch in the air fryer at 160°C for 8-10 minutes. Repeat with the remaining poppers, and then just enjoying!
